South Parkland FASD Collaborative

The vision of the South Parkland FASD Collaborative is to work together to share information, ideas and resources related to Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. The organization is based in Dauphin, Manitoba and serves the southern part of the Parkland Region.

Membership includes people from local agencies that serve the FASD community, as well as community members with an interest in FASD.

Territory Acknowledgment

Manitoba FASD Coalition acknowledges that we live and work on the traditional lands of First Nations, Inuit and Métis people, and that our work spans across the province of Manitoba, on lands covered by Treaties 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

These are the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota and Dene peoples, and the homeland of the Red River Métis.

We also like to acknowledge that our electricity and clean drinking water are sourced from treaty territories.

Manitoba FASD Coalition respects the treaties that were made on these territories, and we dedicate ourselves to move forward in partnership with Indigenous communities in a spirit of reconciliation and collaboration.
